No Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (or No Gi BJJ) is a combat sport, martial art, and efficient, effective self-defense system that focuses on ground fighting.
The objective is to neutralize and control a much larger opponent with leverage and technique, rather than strength; but mostly we learn and have fun.
